How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! I ship worldwide - Prints, original artwork, and commissioned pieces. For international customers, please email msktinasales@gmail.com for an accurate shipping quote.

What is the cost of commissioned artwork?
Price depends on canvas size and image details. Please email msktinasales@gmail.com for an exact price quote. Submit a high resolution photo and any other photo references you may have for price quotes according to size.
Can I get my product personalized?
All print orders will be hand signed by the artist excluding paper prints.
Can I get a print in a size not listed on the website?
If you have specific requirements please email msktinasales@gmail.com to place a custom order. Not all requests are possible and depends on the image selected.
Returns
Can I make a return?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase please email msktinasales@gmail.com to arrange an exchange within 30 days of receiving the piece. All exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. This does not apply for commissioned work.
What if my order is damaged upon delivery?
Please email msktinasales@gmail.com once receiving any damaged artwork. The shipper will be contacted immediately to resolve the issue.
